　　在河南省信阳市息县发现的3500年前商代古沉舟，历经两年的脱水浸渍处理后，日前顺利“出浴”，迈出独木舟保护的关键一步。

 

　　这是我国迄今考古发现最大、最完整的商代独木舟，2009年7月发现于息县城郊淮河西岸，舟长9.28米，最宽处0.78米，高0.6米。整个舟体由一圆木剖凿而成，经测定其树种为母生树，系热带树种，现江淮地区已经绝迹。
