陕西扶风县法门寺地宫出土。通高3.3、口径9.4、底径3厘米。重161.5克。模铸成型，纹饰平錾。直口微敛，方唇，腹外壁斜收，平底。通体錾花。内壁装饰三重结构纹饰，口缘饰一周联珠纹，其下为一周二方连续的卷草。腹壁錾四只捧莲迦陵频伽鸟，衬以缠枝蔓草，鱼子纹地。底部以莲蓬及一周莲瓣组成莲台。外壁口缘处饰二方连续的缠枝蔓草，近底处錾一周仰莲瓣。

永宁寺遗址位于北魏宫城西南侧，北魏洛阳城南北中轴线铜驼街西侧。建于北魏孝明帝熙平元年（516年），为灵太后胡氏所建，永熙三年（534年）被大火焚毁。
寺院平面呈长方形，四周夯筑围墙。四面各有一门，南门位于南壁正中，是寺院山门所在，面阔7间，进深2间，正对佛塔基址。西门址位于西墙中部，平面呈“凸”字形，门址面阔7间，进深2间。
