近日，云南省、昆明市考古研究者在东川区铜都镇玉碑地村发掘出青铜器时代人居遗址。
在玉碑地村近１００平方米的发掘范围内，专家们发掘出了大量陶片、田螺壳及少量青铜饰物、石制刀具、动物骨骼，并发现了一些柱坑和用火痕迹，由此初步推断此处人居遗址的年代为先秦到汉末，是研究云南省青铜器时代最好的遗址之一，具有很高的考古价值和社会价值。
