为配合张石高速公路保定段的工程建设，河北省文物研究所会同市、县文物部门，在徐水县发掘时发现了两座金代墓葬，获得了一批考古资料。
墓葬位于徐水县曝河乡西樊村西 150米 处， M1为砖室墓，墓室平面呈圆形，墓顶及墓壁砌砖均被破坏。墓道为长条形, 长 2.3米 ，底呈阶梯状,共四级，每级台阶宽 0.35米 , 0.2米 。墓室内径为 2.2米 ,残高 1.15米 。墓壁砌砖仅剩南壁底部......
