佛塔坐落在九龙江北溪畔，东塔坐东北朝西南，西塔坐北朝南。两塔距离23.8米，底部周长为5.22米，底部、中部结构均为六边形。塔高均为4.4米，为青花石花岗岩经幢式七级结构，塔顶部三面均有浮雕佛像各一樽，神态各异，大小不一。腰部有石鼓、莲花座，有浮雕双狮戏球等图案和花纹。
