个人简介
学习经历：1980年9月～1984年6月山西大学历史系学习，获历史学学士学位。1984年9
月～1987年6月华东师范大学历史系学习，获历史学硕士学位。1990年3月～1991年5月美国威斯康星大学政治学系进修。1999年1～6月荷兰蒂尔堡大学市场经济研究中心进修。2002年9月～2011年1月云南大学历史系学习，获历史学博士学位。
工作经历：1987年6月进入中国社会科学院西亚非洲研究所从事非洲问题研究至今。1988年8月～1989年7月参加中央讲师团河南省团支教工作，任河南长垣县第10中学、长垣县教师进修学校英语教师。1989年8月晋升助理研究员。1992年11月～1994年11月任西亚非所亚非经济文化咨询公司项目经理、副总经理。1997年8月晋升副研究员。1999年8月～2002年8月任《西亚非洲》编辑部主任、常务副主编。2003年8月晋升研究员。2004年3月受命组建社会文化研究室并担任首任室主任。2007年7月至2009年7月被外交部借调至中国驻非洲使馆工作，先后任中国驻卢旺达使馆政治处一秘和中国驻埃塞俄比亚使馆政治处一秘。
学术交流：1991年5～7月受福特基金会资助首次赴非洲考察，先后访问塞拉利昂、乌干达、肯尼亚3国。2002年4月先后赴丹麦奥尔堡大学和美国波士顿大学参加国际学术会议并做主题发言。同年6～7月赴日本京都大学等高校进行学术访问。2005年9～10月赴澳大利亚麦考利大学政治学和国际关系学系进行学术访问。2005年11～12月赴南非人文社会科学院等机构进行学术访问。2012年1月赴美国夏威夷大学和布鲁金斯学会等智库进行学术交流。
教学情况：2005年开始带硕士研究生，2012年开始招博士研究生。
在研课题：非洲资本市场研究（西亚非所重点课题）

Resume： Li Zhibiao, Senior Research Fellow at Institute of West-Asian and African Studies IWAAS, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences CASS. Deputy Secretary General of China Association of African History Studies and standing member of China Association of African Affairs Studies.
Born in September 1961 in Shanxi Province of China. Got B.A. degree in history from Shanxi University at Taiyuan in 1984, M.A. degree in history from East China Normal University at Shanghai in 1987, and Ph.D. degree in history from Yunnan University at Kunming in 2011. Joined IWAAS in 1987 and been working at IWAAS since then. Studied at Department of Political Science, University of Wisconsin-Madison as a visiting scholar from March 1990 to May 1991. Studied at University Centre for Market Economics, Tilburg University from January to June 1999. Worked in Chinese Embassy in Rwanda as Political Officer from July 2007 to May 2008. Worked in Chinese Embassy in Ethiopia as Political Officer from May 2008 to July 2009.
